In 2014 the team of Tyaga and Company was awarded the Heritage Preservation Award from the City of Santa Fe’s Historic Districts Review Board and Archaeological Review Committee for the restoration of a 1930’s era house at 318 Delgado Street in the historic dis
trict of Santa Fe. They won this prestigious award again in 2016 for the beautiful restoration of 628 East Palace Avenue.
In 1984, John DeVito, Steve Collins, and Tyaga Baker joined together to design, build, and market properties in Santa Fe. John passed in 2012, and we remember him as a mountain of a man! Steve and Tyaga remain good friends and work together as often as possible.
