description

This beautiful old adobe in the historical district of Santa Fe was originally built in the 1920’s and was lovingly restored by Tyaga and Company. The home opens to the light filled open-concept living/dining/kitchen with hardwood floors throughout. The master suite features a kiva fireplace, walk-in closet, private outdoor deck access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and the same level of tasteful finishes found throughout the house. A sweet reading area with built-in bookshelves is located at the entry to the third outdoor deck space. The level of taste and detail in this remodel was enough to earn Tyaga and his team the 2016 Heritage Preservation Award.
